We have applied for a PAN Card but some query has been raised by the Department and we have not received any letter from them yet.
Is there any other option to get the letter issued by the Department.

you can dowload the letter provided by the IT department by logging into this website : https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/tan/StatusTrack.html
where you have to put the acknowledgement number of receipt provided by your TIN-FC while depositing form 49A. or you may call to pan service center pune or you may register your query to the following website : https://www.tin-nsdl.com/customerfeedback.php
