Pan card only for ID proof not Resi Proof.
For applying PAN Card, NSDL neither accepts AAADHAR CARD nor its ACKNOWLEDGEMENT - for any Id or Address proof, although being a valid Id & Address Proof issued by the Government of India.
Further 'List of acceptable documents' can be obtained by downloading FORM 49A or from TIN-NSDL site.
i am attaching u form 49 copy plz see the relevant documents need for obtaing PAN

You use the rent paid recipts for Address Proof and other various document i.e. mobile bill recd. by courier or Email, a declaration given by your employer, and further any clarification plz contact with us through email. or post.

Aadhar card is not validate vide any notification there for it is not accepted by tin as proof.
