PAN Address

As per my view hum PAN address ko chang karsakte hai, from form no. 49A correction in PAN.

lekin uske ke liye old address prove and also new address prove hona chahiye.

 we can change PAN address. For change in PAN address a correction form 49A is required not 49B

49B is a form of TAN 

For correction of the PAN address the form 49A correction is required to be filed with the PAN authority i.e. NSDL or UTI with the proof of the new address and the copy of the PAN CARD already alotted. The jurisdiction will be changed by the department after accepting your form 49A correction application

 There is no need to apply for change in address . JUST File your ITR with new address and deposit it to respective WARD of income TAX department.
