@ V.Marimuthu : Please follow the steps as mentioned below:
Step 1: Go to https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/correction.H T M L
Step 2: Read the instructions carefully
Step 3: At the bottom of the page, select "Individual"
Step 4: Fill the form online
Step 5: Click submit
Step 6: Make the payment online, if credit card or debit card or net banking selected else go to step 7 directly
Step 7: Take the prinout & send the Acknowledgment along with the relevant proofs & DD (already made in case of offline payment) to NSDL address as mentioned in instructions by speed post or courier.
Check the status of your PAN application by giving the required details through https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.H T M L
You will receive the new PAN card within a period of 15 days from NSDL, provided there is / are no issues of inauthenticity or invalidity vis-a-vis the documents which you will send to them. Else you have to call PAN/TDS Call Centre at 020 - 27218080 for any further clarification.
