Dear Sir,
A tata ace owner wants to take P.tax enrollment in west Bengal. So which schedule will be belongs to for paying tax.
Please clarify me anyone.

Dear Sowmya ji, he has a tata ace vehicle, he is giving this vehicle in rent to different company for transporting goods. His income is from hire charge of vehicle.
Pls clarify me which schedule he will belongs to.
sir, in case of West Bengal as per the new PT schedule registration for the above business can be made as per SI No. 2(h).
