A tata ace owner wants to take P.tax enrollment in west Bengal. So which schedule will be belongs to for paying tax.

Dear Sowmya ji, he has a tata ace vehicle, he is giving this vehicle in rent to different company for transporting goods. His income is from hire charge of vehicle.
Pls clarify me which schedule he will belongs to.
