Sir ji, in the month of November 2017
by mistake we filed nill 3B also we have input credit of that month which is not shown in 3B.
but filed GSTR1.
As per 31st GST council can I show outward supply as well as input credit in Jan 2019?? kindly reply.

After issuing showcause notice we can claim itc and outward supply in gstr3b is nil and gstr1 is filed showing taxable turnover
