Please suggest me about which book should I purchase for CS final (Professional) Exam . I heard OTM only this much is the best book for quick revision and contains all the last year questions with solved answers. Also heard about some mistakes in scanner. Please suggest me which book to refer? As I have not seen the pattern of OTM but have seen the CA related Scanners many times .

Pranali ji, my suggestion to you is kindly refrain from scanners or OTM. Best bet must be on ICSI's study material and guideline answers in order to fetch good marks.
Sangeet Kedia is just an edited version of Institute's Material but it would be wise to study from study material, you may feel that the Institute’s books are bulky but you have to prepare your own Notes for revision purpose and it can propel you to clear your examinations.
Please give a comprehensive thought as you have close to five months in hand for your December 2013 Examination.
