donation debited to profit & loss a/c and disallowed u/s 37 for tax audit my query in which clause in form 3cb such disallowance is to be reported

In form 3CD there is clause personal expenses debited to P&L account(i think s.no.21 i am not confident about the s.no) in that you have to show.

Donations u/s 80G paid by the assessee is to be disclosed in Form 3CD Point no. 26. [Section wise details of deduction, if any, admissible under chapter VIA :]

There is no column in Form 3CD to report donations which are to be disallowed. There is no obligation for a tax auditor to report on such disallowances

you should show it as an expenses of personal nature
