OPTING INPUT FOR INSURANCE
We GST holders, We provide the rentals of four wheelers, The maintenance charges like tire, tube and spares are taken as input but our question is that can we take the GST input for the general insurance which is the expenses for us??

Yes, in your case, the Input tax credit for the general insurance will be allowed because the service is being availed for the vehicle used for the transportation of passengers.
