Opening a company's Bank account

If a registered office is at mumbai and need to open a bank account at bangalore, the bank is telling they would allowed to open bank account at bangalore only if the registered office is at bangalore. Shifting of registered office from one state to another state will take more time and also increase the cost. Can anyone suggsst me any possible alternate way of opening a company's bank account at banglore.
