We are one of the client in Gumroad , which is a online site, used to sell the music and videos , and ebooks through online transaction. through internet, and we are selling both Indian and international customers,.
Here the customers can buy the music and video and the money will be received to us through paypal account.
The sale made through online can be seperated only by knowing the customer email account ,by having this we can seperate the sale into local and export sales.
my query is for the sales made in india we are paying tax, and whether we have to pay the international sales, My auditor is saying that we have to pay tax for internataional sales , being the export sale is wholly exempted , being it cant be proved as a export sales.
My query is whether we have to p ay tax, or not, pls provide the suggestion that how it can be proved as export sales.
