PLZ TELL ME THE PAYMENT PROCEDURE FOR THIS.

I COULD NOT FIND THIS ON THE SITE.

you will have to go to the relevant passport office on the appointed day that is given on your down load of your internet filled form, then produce your relevant documents, then once passport authority is satisfied then they ask you to pay the fee at the relevant counter friend!

so u cannot pay the fee on internet for obvious reasons. if u apply passport u need to under go all kinds of verifications of your documents so once your application is accepted ater paying your fees, your form will be sent to your nearest police station for verification about your residence and other particulars.

u pls beware of passport agents these days they just cheat you unlike in the past , so u need to be vigilant friend

Whether it is manadatory to upload documents( viz. ID proof , adress proof etc) online for passport application

or 

these can be submitted to passport seva kendra(PSK) at the time appointment.

Please suggest the procedure in short.

I am In US in new york. My friend is in Afgan. I am very much craze to call him in US. Help me in getting this. fast passport
