Online ITR forms not available till now, but return for a. y. 2019-20 has to be filed within 31st July, so time is short for all.

Online utility for filing return may be released by next week, so tighten the seat belts...

As such the ITR forms for AY 2019-20 are recently notified by ITD.  But the utilities to file them online are yet to be released.
