I AM NOT ABLE TO FILE MORE THAN 15 ONLINE RETURNS FOR THE A.Y. 2010-11 ON 31/03/2011 DUE TO SERVER DOWN OF INCOME TAX SITE.,, WHEREAS I DEPOSITED THE TAX ON TIME.....
IS IT POSSIBLE TO FILE RETURN NOW ON DATE 01/04/2011 & IS IT VILL IMPOSE ANY PENALTY ON ONE DAY LATE FILING OF RETURN

1st of all rile the return, then wait for any circular / clarification from the department in this regard
its not a good idea to wait for last minute
