I applied for the CA final registration on 06-02-2014. but till date i don't receive Registration No. for Final. as i have completed my practical training for the period of 3.5 years. n now i wish to apply for the CA final examination, but when i m going to fill the online exam form for the final examination it asked to fill the registration date for final as issued by the institute. but i havn't any registration date.

kindly assists me as soon as possible, what i have to do for the online exam form.

They are asking your CA registration no.. WRO no.

Hi,

Menction 06-02-2014 as registration date for final as it is the date on which you submitted the regestration application. I too have not received any letter till now, I submitted my application on 07-02-2014, so, I will Menction the same.

You can wait for few more days as last date is 24-02-2014.

3. Validity of Exemption and Validity of One of Groups Passed in Professional

Competence Examination (PCE):

(a) Students who have passed one of the groups under Professional Competence Examination (PCE) will get paper wise exemption (NOT group wise exemption) in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination. Those students, who have passed one of the groups earlier, will have to register for both groups of Intermediate (IPC) Course and have to appear and pass under ‘Unit Scheme’ of Intermediate (IPC) Examination. Details of ‘Units’ are given hereunder.

As per above, If you Have passed under Unit 8, Than you Have Passed Both Group of Intermediate, So, You Can Fill Group1 & 2 both, I have done same thing. I Cleared Unit 9.

Hi Aparna,

As per this Explaination, Students are not given Group excemption, But Excemption is given on subject basis. so, You can consider to have passed Both Groups in Intermediate. I subimitted my application yesterda & I have filled Both groups to be cleared in IPCE Nov 2013, Where as I have cleared in this manner (PCC Group II -Nov 2012 & IPCE Unit 9 -Nov 2013).
