Pl advise whether we can apply of registration of TIN number ( VAT or WCT ) online on the goverment website. If yes, please advise the link (website address) at which this application can be made.

No you cant submit it online ,because there are lot of documents required to submit along with your application in DVAT 04,like surety bond,proof of address ,sale bill ,purchase bill,stamp paper etc,it cannot be submiited online
