how can we give the info of exempt goods in gstr1

can i fill exempted goods in b2cs table
I think not required as it asks taxable value and rate of tax
but there is 0% tax slab. .can i give the info in b2cs 0% tax slab
Once check with online filing and compare with offline utility, u will get some clarity.
