I am an NRI in US and have some NRO Fixed deposits for which TDS is deducted on interest. I am filing IT returns to claim back the taxes.
I will be able to repartiate the proceeds from NRO FD(because interest is repatriable).
1. Can I also repatriate the tax returns?
2. Is it true there is 6% interest paid on the tax return?

Yes, since tax is also part of repatriable income any refund would also be repatriable
