Can NRI become a partner in partnership firm in India and it is necessary that partnership will be registered and what is requirement for this purpose (any other law).

NRI can become a Partner in Partnership Firm, the Partnership Firm can also be registered with Registrar of Firms. You will have to complete the process as normal Firm registartion such as Filing of Form No A. Alongwith the Form, you will have to submit the details of NRI Partner such as Passport and available address in India, if any as well as address for communication and permanent address of overseas to send any coomunication.

Hello, my question is Can 2 NRIs only form a partnership firm in india, without entering to any resident partner, What are the provision, of any Act should be kept in mind.
