Nri buy property in india

Hi to all,

Before coming to Europe I booked a land in my hometown and paid 100% of amount. But due to some issues in clearance I couldn't complete registration. Now builder has completed all documents and is ready for registration. My current status is NRI and I am planning to send power of attorney(attested by Indian consulate) to my brother in law. Is there any legal issues in this process e.g. FEMA rule xyz etc ? Please suggest
