Nov 2014 ca final corp law
Hi everyone. Can anyone plz tell me whether sections in old company act which have no corresponding section in the new act will be applicable for Nov 14? For eg, Sec. 212 has no corresponding section in new act & there is no specific notification withdrawing the same. So are such sections applicable?

Have u seen icai supplementary material? Or in munish new book..in index they given list of new sections wch are applicable(45 sections + 17 sections) for nov'14 as per comp act'13. Rest as per old act. Sec 212 not in that list, so applicable as per old comp act.
