May 14 & Nov 14 examination are based on Finance Act, 2013 therefore there is no such change except the circulars, guidlines, case laws upto the month of April 2014 will be part of Nov, 14 Examination

Not much of amendments from may to nov except for some new circulars or notifications. It will be given in rtp for nov 14...

CA Final Gr 2 :-

IDT marking pattern is changed now. VAT is gone. Foreign Trade Policy has come.

ISCA : - Changes are there in chapter 5 & 8.
