It 22 lac.20 lac to equity holders and 2 lac to preference holders...I did so(hope correct)
hi riya how did you calculate PC for andrew ltd.. ?? whatever shares is alloted by charlie in question is mentioned as against cash payment only ?? in case of andrew ltd the liabilites are exceeding the assets?? what to do in such case

Hi prasanna, Riya Please flip thru the PEII study material of CA institute. Its a straight lift. It is only adj (e) is the Pur consi. Rs.20L can never be PC as the shares are allotted for cash payment. What it matters if liabilities are greater than assets value?
