Notice u/s 640b for central governments approval

Dear All,

I have a query I am in the process of filing Form No. 25A regarding approval of Central Govt  for Managerial remuneration . There are six Executive Directors for whom it is proposed to be filed, reason is inadequate profit/ loss in the previous year. We have to give a public notice in the newspaper u/s 640B for Central Govt approval

So, my question is can I give for all six directors in one notice or I have it to give seprate notices for each of them.Please advise and help
