The demand is of AY 2012 - 13 where rectification right with AO.
The demand for that year was already paid by employer in that year which is showing in 26AS also.
How to submit response to it.. Can I do online then how or I have to go to AO for that. And within which time period I have to resolve this matter.

If you have received any notice, reply the same by disagreeing the demand, and submit the details of challan no. with the amount & date of payment.
If the demand is for interest charged over any earlier paid demand, you are require to pay the same.
The demand is from Salary, for which I don't have any challan copy. TDS certificate is given to me. How then I will respond.

But in online portal there is no option for TDS. It has other options but no any attachments can be added there.

Yes, in that case you will have to file rectification request offline, with your Jurisdictional AO.
In your case you have to submit it offline enclosing a letter along with 26As. At the time of submission they will provide you an acknowledgement no which you need to update on the website

As such there is no date but you must submit at the earliest possibe
