REGISTERED TAN.

SOMETIMES I COME OUT(LOG OUT) WITHOUT FORMALLY SIGNING OFF.

(SOMETIMES DUE TO POWER FAILURE OR I MAY FORGET TO SIGN OFF PROPERLY.)

WHEN I TRY TO LOG IN AFTER SOME TIME GAP OR NEXT DAY -i GET MESSAGE 'ALEADY LOGGED IN'

THEN WHAT I SHOULD DO. if i want to download Form 16A urgently.

Try after 30 minutes. During such situations automatic log out will happen once in every 30 minutes. If you try after 30 minutes it will allow you to download Form No.16A.

Many times it happens to me also.

There is no smart & unique treatment for this problem but since our job is to try so....

I shut down all the programs running on the pc and then try to relogin.

Sometimes I shut down the computer and then try

and some times I have to wait for half an hour.

you can try any of above.

Tried all the above. In fact this has happened yesterday night at 10 / 10.30 p.m. Thought by to-day morning this will be O.K. But.............

Tried to contact call centre...................all routers are busy............(This has not hapenned earlier-only we were asked to wait -forced to hear some message repeatedly.
