Not able to view 3cd and b/s and p/l attachment

hello, friends 

is there any one face problem like me...???

i can't open .pdf file from the assesse log in ...   after log-in in work list for approve the audit report 3cd and b/s-p/l see files 

but while open the file my adobe reader shows error and say this file damaged...

i try on two different computers...

can other also face this type of problem...?????
