we are unable to generate challan for tax payment, as everytime when we try to generate Challan either e- payment or neft, error comes up. As technical error. Although this problem/ complaint has been reported with their helpdesk at their email ID and is duly acknowledged by them. also we tried to send another email , it was not delivered for the reason that recipient mail box is full.
How can we deposit GST and file return, as without tax being paid how can our return be accepted.
