one of my friend took TIN on 2012.. status of VAT return is Annual and not monthly .. right from the begnning he filed nill return since he dint get any business untill janurary of 2014 and the project was completed and raised bill by july only. he had hardly 5 to 7 bills .. by 08/2014 his TIN business status is mentioned as STOP without any intimation from Auditor or by letter. his auditor told that its not possible to activate should go for new TIN only. now he dont believe and lost his hope on auditor since his he is asking for huge amount, what he want to do to reactivate his TIN no. right from jan had a turnover of 11 laks.
