Client has Turnover of Rs.2.25 crores for AY 2017-18 and no TAX Audit is done and no ITR is filed. What is the remedy available in this situation.

or wait for the Income tax to issue notice for non filing?
you dont have to wait for the audit part. prepare the audit report asap and file it online. Waiting for the notice only increases the chances of penalty for non-compliance of audit provisions.
