Non filing of INC 20A

Now you can file form with late fees, no need to go for condonation, I had files INC 20A with late fees and it got approved.

But there is a problem that one of my company not filed registered office address after its incorporation. Now we make to file INC 22 for registered office updation MCA showing an error message that please file inc 20A of commencement of business. At the same time we downloaded inc 20A and affixed DSC but the at the time of prescutining it showing the an error message of please file INC 22.
So we unable to file both the form. Problem is still existing.
