NOMINEE DIRECTOR

The companies Act, 1956 doesn't define anywhere in the act "Nominee Director". It is the Articles of Association which has to be followed in case of Appointment of Nominee Director.

Appointment of Nominee director doesn't relate to Private or Public Limited. So, your company can follow the AOA of your company and if there is no provision in AOA of your company, then read the Table A.
