Quick Summary
This discussion explores the fate of an One Person Company (OPC) when both the sole member and their nominee die. It clarifies that an OPC does not dissolve automatically; instead, the business is transferred to the legal heir of the deceased member. If no legal heir is available, the business may pass to the government, ensuring continuity rather than dissolution.

No company is perpetual succession it is other than person
Sucession will work here .
The business will be transferred to his/her legal heir or to the govt if no legal heir is there in that case
