HI EXPERTS

WHAT IF ONE IS NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE OF EXISTING CA DO ONE NEED TO TAKE NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE IF ONE PLAN TO CHANGE CA  TO ANOTHER CA

AND WHAT IF THE OLD CA REFUSE TO ISSUE CERTIFICATE DOES HE HAVE RIGHT TO REFUSE

If you're unhappy with your current Chartered Accountant (CA) and wish to switch, you generally do not need a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to do so. Your existing CA does not have the right to prevent you from engaging the services of another accountant. If your old CA refuses to issue a certificate, they are acting outside their rights.

No, he has no right to prevent you from working with another Chartered Accountant .
