One of my client wants to incorporate a Private Limited Company in India.
He wants to use the name of his own existing Proprietorship which will exist even after incorporation of the Company.
What should we do? Is it necessary to submit a NOC of the Proprietor?
Kindly provide the format of NOC if any.

I don’t think the NOC would be required since, the name of the proprietorship concern is not required to be registered anywhere except if it is registered as a trademark.
However, if you still want to give an NOC, you can make one and submit..just to be on the safer side. If you want, I can mail you the format
