I have joined a newly established govt undertaking of andhra pradesh state. my company is not having TAN? my employer say that we cannot have TDS so , where should we pay our tax and? what are the steps to be followed? can we pay tax with just pan as an individual?

You can pay income tax by using the below link and select Challan no./ITNS 280
