Till i m aware the limitation on exemption criteria of  3 years is applicable only to individual subjects and not for the entire group.

Hello Varun..!!!

How you had attempted final 2nd grp 3 times after may-11 attempt as there are only 2 attempts so far i.e. nov-11 and may-12...?

Exemption can be claimed in 3 consecutive attempts after the attempt in which you got exemption.

There is no concept of cancellation of result of grp-1 which you have passed under any circumstances as there is a group wise result.

Hope you understood.

Thanks I appeared for both in may 11.....so its may 11, nov11 nd may 12

you have passed your group 1 for your life time even u want to appear  u cant as per institute rules but u can surrender your exemption

Firstly do you have any exemptions in group 2 that will be eligible for 3 attempts if u are unable to clear in tht 3 attempt for the next three attempts u will not be eligible for any exemption even if u get in the conscutive exams. simply to say u already took ur benefit for 3 attempts so tht will not be encouraged later .N ther is no such cancellation of grp 1 u already cleared it ..

Concentrate on 2nd grp finish it :) all the best
