I have made a service of manpower supply registration on 01.02.2018, from then there is no transaction in this registration number. But I have not filled any return i.e nil return for this registration number. My question is that should I fill any return and if yes type of return I have to fill, and is there any penalty or interest for this. Please answer me.

Once the registration is taken, returns needs to be filed even if it is nil return. Both GSTR 3B and GSTR 1 needs to be filed from the month of registration till date..
