I sold an agricultural land in an urban area for Rs. 25 lacs that had been purchased for Rs. 10 lacs. I wish to invest in NHAI bonds. Do I have to invest the entire proceeds or just the capital gain in NHAI bonds?

Only LT capital gain amount. Exemption u/s. 54EC ( NHAI/REC cap gain bonds) available in the ratio of LTCG invested.
