The club has been incorporated with following objects : " This club is organized & shall at all times be operated as exclusively for charitable & educational purposes & shall run without profit motive . The furthering of understanding & friendly relations between taxpayers , chartered accountants , students of Institute of chartered accountants of India & tax consultants through fostering tangible & effective programs of educational or other nature by way of diffusion of useful knowledge.
