Dear Sir/Madam
My assessee got his TIN no w.e.f 21.07.13. Assessee is liable for VAT audit under MVAT Act. what period will I take to do audit i.e. from 01.04.13 to 31.03.14 or 21.07.13 to 31.03.14.
If i take period 01.04.13 to 31.03.14 and I want to revise return then will I revise from 01.04.13 to 30.06.13 and onwards or from 01.07.13 to 30.09.13.?

VAT Audit period would be from 21.07.13 - 31.03.2014
The question of revised return doesn't arise as you have to first file original return to file a revised return.
