New shedule vi

Dear Mannu, 

Schedule VI (as per Companies act) is the format of Balance sheet under which we have to prepare Balance sheet.

Recently MCA has been revised the schedule VI which known as revised schedule VI. It is applicable with effect from 1st of April 2012 onwards.

I have attached the file related to Schedule VI, please go through with the same. this will make you understand what exactly schedule VI is and its requirement  ........

i have also read AS -31 in Ca Final.
