Anyways, Here's your answers for u are looking for regarding CMA-Final Eligibility(new criteria):
1. U can give Final Exam(both) without any Practical Training for december'12 and june'13 attempt.
2. If u are giving december 2013 attempt(both grups) of finals then mandatorily 6 months training wud be required at the time of filling up the exam form.
3. If u are clearing ur fisrt grup in june 2013 and giving ur second grup of finals in december 2013, then also that mandatory training is to be completed for six months so as to give your last(remaining) group(s) .
Bottom Line:
If you doubt from now that your attempt can be extended to december 2013 then start the practical training under any organisation which is registered for trainings or join under a PCMA.

Clarification regarding the practical training/management training done in other courses like CS and Articleship in CA are actually not entertained by the CMA's. You have to separatel complete the required training for CMA. (registering yourself for one year contractual period in which six months attendance is compulsory)
Basically, No exemption is granted for other courses training allready done or pursuing, in this CMA course.
secondly, students who clear their final exams and their 3 years practical training completely are only eligible for applying Membership.
