New registration itc
firm registered in October 2019,but having itc of September 2019.Can be taken or not. (itc showing in portal but not allowing to file for September 2019.please let me know.

Yeahhhh... You cant claim that ITC through filing GSTR 3B return...
But, You can avail the ITC through filing of ITC-01 form.
So, File ITC-01 form.

Sir, itc-01 (sec 18(1)) don't deal with new registration, it talks about trans1 etc. I need pre registration itc. is it allowed?
Can You give explanation for new registration and it's ITC as per Your above reply...?!
