steps for incorporation of PVT company

1. First of all Apply for Digital signature of both the director.

2. Apply for DIN no of director (minimum two director) DIR 3 Form

3. After that Apply for company name in that you will provide 5 name after that one name will be salected.(INC 1 Form)

4. After received company name you will file INC 7 form in that form you will attach INC 8,9,10.

5. After that Appoint director in that company.

Engage a Company Secretary in Practice for an absolutely flawless solution.

One form is missing in the list ie form inc-22 which is abt the situation of registered office

You should engage practicing CA or CS to create a company.
