IT officials are wasting taxpayers time by calling from corporate mobile numbers (restricted to receive callbacks) to only say that issue has been resolved and it be treated as closed,if not so raise the grievance again without going and testing the issues themselves.

An abuse of the system only.

1.  Extremely frustrating, a senior with no tax liability on 31 July 2021 not having any business income, the utility charges by default  u/s 234A  Rs. 5,000/- which is absolutely unfair. Such section applies to unders 60 year old taxpayer with out business income.

2. HP Sch.- Is Property co-owned?  tick YES.  In the share of property, say 20% share of assessee. At this juncture an error pops up before you can even add the details of co-owners and shares" Sum must equal 100%". you add the details of co-owners giving their shares and even when the aggregate shares of assessee with co-owners of property is equal to 100%  . The error does not disappear. and will not allow you to save the HP Sch.

Earlier in August the pop up will appear at the stage of verification therefore like a loop it takes you back to what had been mentioned in No.1.  Due to this glitch though all the other schedules are confirmed , can't submit.

Print screen had been sent to web manager and FMO via email. No response.

It seems that the system is yet to be stabilized. Perhaps, up to 31st March, 2022.
