We have already registration with excise, my question is that we have increased one more new godown for manufacturing goods on lease which is 1 km far from factory, so again registeration is require for that godown or simply intimation letter can send to department .
whether we have to take new registration than department will new registration provide or not
You will have to take registration for the new premises....as an Unit-2..Department will Provide for the new registration with different registration number

when department provide me new registration number for new godown than I have to submit two ER1 filling so both ER1 data will be same or different if different so what details for old godown and what for new? please explain.
You will have to mainatin saprate records for both the Godown for excise purpose as well as you will have to file two ER-1 for both the units and you will have to make payment of duty saprately for both the units. Its Just like a two different entities for Excise purpose. You can not take credit of one unit to other unit you will have to get the Input bill on the address of new unit if the input is to be used in unit-2. People have 10-20 registrations and they file ER-1 for all the units
If the goods kept at this godown as suffered excise duty when cleared from factory than you need not register with excise. If not suffered duty than you need to register with excise.
