GST registration for different types of business

Yes, if jewellery, fast food, and clothing businesses belong to the same PAN/entity and are operated in the same State, they can generally be covered under one GST registration. Different outlets/locations may be added as additional places of business. Separate GST registration is not required merely because the businesses are different in nature. However, if separate registrations are taken for different places in the same State, Rule 11 conditions will apply and such registrations will be treated as distinct persons.
