Right Mr. Chitale,
Today only MCA has released new version of form 23AC/ACA which are accepting negative values in the column for Reserves and surplus.
Pls use those forms released today in new version.

New Form 23AC and Form 23ACA (Non XBRL)
Sorry to say but MCA is not accepting old 23AC & 23ACA forms. There are separate balance sheets in 23AC for the year 2011-12 & for all previous years.
