When the proposed Amnesty Scheme will be launched..Old GSTR 9 are to be filed, if I file it today whether Late feen on old rates will be charged ??
If so then shall I wait for Roll out of Amnesty scheme.?

Yes should wait for roll out of amnesty scheme. As of now no date decided
